Damn, sometimes my nerdiness is painful. Tomorrow is a prime example. I am going to see "300" on the opening day. While that may be nerdy in of itself, it gets worse. See, I'm taking a 1/2 day off of work to do it. Pretty damn nerdy, right? Get's worse. I bought advance tickets on Wednesday. Even worse, right? It's gets even more horrible. I am going to see it on an IMAX screen that is 25 miles away.Hi, my name is Cincy and I'm a geek.
But, I will let you know how the movie is.
P.S. Do you think the ladies might love me when I get my washboard ab like this?

I appreciate nerdiness! All of the boys in my circle are having "man day" today which includes viewing 300. Then the ladies (a friend and I) are invited for the post-man day drinking. Woot!

I agree with Andi. I think a certain amount nerdiness is essential.
I can't find anyone to go see this with me. I'm desperate to see it. However, I think our reasons for seeing it our different. Unless of course, you're gay.

If I had money, and bothered to spend it on movies anymore, I would probably go just because that guy in the movie is super hot. I sat through that damn Attilla movie on TBS or TNT or whatever just because of him. That may not be nerdy, but it's kind of pathetic.

Its a great movie for all to see. Ive been to Greece and been to the pass. Those 300 changed history. Democracy would have been wiped out. aIts not a mans movie more a Mothers movie. After all its Mothers who raise us to become one day if were lucky 1 of the 300.
